Participating agencies will identify staff that will use the system and receive user licenses. If the agreement is terminated, PHB and NWSSC System Administrators will revoke user licenses, and the Participant shall promptly return any documentation to the System Administrators. Xxxxxx Systems shall operate and maintain the network server, software, and any other network or communication devices at the host site, which is necessary for the proper functioning of the ServicePoint system. Each Participant shall provide and maintain its own computers and connection to the Internet.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

Authorized User shall not be required to purchase maintenance for use of Product, and may discontinue maintenance at the end of any current maintenance term upon notice to Contractor. In the event that Authorized User does not initially acquire or discontinues maintenance of licensed Product, it may, at any time thereafter, reinstate maintenance for Product without any additional penalties or other charges, by paying Contractor the amount which would have been due under the Contract for the period of time that such maintenance had lapsed, at then current NYS net maintenance rates.

  • ADDITIONAL SUPPORT Under this Agreement, there shall be: (check one) ☐ - NO ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.
