Common use of Tables Clause in Contracts

Tables. Table 1-4R4. Table 1-4R4 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Table 1-4R5 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” (attached hereto) referencing SA-26 in the footer is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1-4R4. For avoidance of doubt, the only difference between Table 1-4R4 and Table 1-4R5 is the [****] in the Purchase Agreement, resulting in Table 1-4R5.

Table 1-4R4 4R6 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Table 1-4R5 4R7 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” (attached hereto) referencing SA-26 SA-29 in the footer is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1-4R44R6. For avoidance of doubt, the only difference between Table 1-4R4 4R6 and Table 1-4R5 4R7 is the [****] in the Purchase Agreement, resulting in Table 1-4R54R7.
