Common use of Tables Clause in Contracts

Tables. Table 1(R5). Table 1(R4) entitled “787-9 Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” referencing SA-6 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R5) (attached hereto) referencing SA-7 in the footer. Table 1 (R5) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R4).

Tables. Table 1(R51(R6). Table 1(R41(R5) entitled “787-9 Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” referencing SA-6 SA-7 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R51(R6) (attached hereto) referencing SA-7 SA-9 in the footer. Table 1 (R51(R6) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R41(R5).

Table 1(R45(R4) entitled “787-9 [****] Aircraft, Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” referencing SA-6 SA-20 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R55(R5) (attached hereto) referencing SA-7 SA-21 in the footer. Table 1 (R55(R5) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R45(R4).

Table 1(R4) entitled “787-9 Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance PaymentsInformation Table - GENX” (attached hereto) referencing SA-6 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R5) (attached hereto) referencing SA-7 in the footer. Table 1 (R5) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of its predecessor. 3.2 Table 1(R4)4. Table 4 is withdrawn from the Purchase Agreement.
