Tabletops. Tabletop selection is based on sponsorship level and order received. Sponsor/Exhibitor will not be able to select their tabletop until sponsorship payment is received in full.

Tabletops. A standard tabletop package (8’ back and 3’ side wall draping, (1) 6-ft. draped table, (2) side chairs, wastebasket, ID sign, & electricity) is provided by Exhibition Management without cost to the sponsor. No hard wall booths or structures are permitted. Any object 8’ tall (MAX height allowed) must be against the back drape and come out no further than 2’. All objects in the front 4’ of the booth can be no taller than 36”. Tabletop space is 6’ deep by 8’ wide. Any exceptions must first be approved by Exhibition Management. Audio-visual aids and/or equipment may not be played at a level that would interfere with adjacent exhibitors. Exhibitors may use sound equipment in their booths so long as the noise level does not disrupt the activities of neighboring exhibitors. Speakers and other sound devices should not be positioned so as to direct sound into other booths.
Tabletops. Table size is 72”wide x 30”deep, with one (1) chair to side. Tabletop Exhibitor’s displays, product and signage must be confined to table surface; no floor space may be utilized. Drape / Skirt Colors: Rear drape color to be determined / Black table skirts. Carpet: The show floor will not be carpeted. Booth carpet is available for rental from the show contractor.

Tabletops. An exhibitor demo station includes a 6’ draped table, with two chairs, electricity, cus- xxx banner and literature rack. These items are provided by Exhibition Management without cost to the sponsor. No hard wall booths or structures are permitted. Please be advised that any display or promotional materials that do not fit on your demo sta- tion are not allowed on the exhibit floor. Audio-visual aids and/or equipment may not be played at a level that would interfere with adjacent exhibitors. Speakers and other sound devices should not be positioned so as to direct sound into other tabletops.
