LEAD RETRIEVAL. (18.1) If Exhibitor who purchases lead retrieval, Exhibitor acknowledges that any contact information (“Attendee Data”) from persons or entities who visit its booth space shall be used solely by Exhibitor for its legitimate, internal business purposes.

LEAD RETRIEVAL. All data collected by Exhibitor through Management supplied lead retrieval systems is in all respects the exclusive property of Management and hereby licensed to Exhibitor.
LEAD RETRIEVAL. By allowing an industry partner to receive your contact information throughout the Event, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.
LEAD RETRIEVAL. Exhibitor acknowledges that the official service provider for lead retrieval services is Experient. Exhibitor may use the official service provider to collect contact information from persons who visit such Exhibitor’s space (“Attendee Data”) or they may use a third party, who is not contracted by Show Management, for the same service. In both cases, Exhibitor acknowledges that any Attendee Data so collected shall be used solely by Exhibitor for its legitimate internal business purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, Exhibitor understands and agrees that (i) it will not sell, transfer or otherwise distribute to any third party all or any part of any Attendee Data, (ii) it will not make or attempt to make any compilation of the attendees and/or other participants of the Event or any other derivative work of any Attendee Data, (iii) it will not otherwise use any Attendee Data in connection with any illegal, distasteful, immoral, dishonest or fraudulent activity and (iv) the compilation of the attendees and/or other participants of the Event is the sole property of Show Management.

LEAD RETRIEVAL. (14.1) Exhibitors who have purchased Elite or Premier Virtual Exhibit Booth Space receive lead retrieval with their booth purchase. Exhibitor acknowledges that any contact information (“Attendee Data”) from persons or entities who visit its Virtual Exhibit Booth Space shall be used solely by Exhibitor for its legitimate, internal business purposes.
LEAD RETRIEVAL. In the event of a virtual Show, lead retrieval services are built directly into the Show platform. Exhibitor may use the Visitor Data obtained through the lead retrieval functions in accordance with Section 8 below. In the event of an in-person Show, SAGE provides SAGE ShowLink Lite™ for exhibitor lead retrieval. One device with ShowLink Lite sohware will be provided per Exhibitor as part of the booth fees. Additional devices are available for rental. Subject to Exhibitor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SAGE grants to Exhibitor a non-exclusive, personal, limited license to use the complimentary and any paid for devices and associated ShowLink Lite sohware (collectively, “ShowLink Devices”) solely for the intended purpose of capturing leads at the SAGE Show. Except for the foregoing license, all devices and SAGE ShowLink Lite sohware shall remain the sole property of SAGE. Exhibitor may not share any ShowLink Devices with anyone outside of its company personnel, attempt to install or use other apps on the device on a ShowLink Device, or change or attempt to change the ShowLink Device’s configuration options. ShowLink Devices must be returned to SAGE’s lead retrieval kiosk within one (1) hour xxxx the show floor is closed to attendees each day. Any ShowLink Devices not returned by such time will be deemed lost. If a ShowLink Device is lost, stolen, or damaged in any way, Exhibitor agrees to reimburse SAGE for the full replacement cost of the device. As SAGE’s non-exclusive remedy, Exhibitor hereby authorizes SAGE to charge such amount to any credit card that SAGE has on file for Exhibitor. Exhibitor must immediately report any loss, theh or damage of the device to show management.

  • Safety and Health Committee The District's Safety and Health Committee shall include three (3) classified staff members appointed by ECCE who shall fully participate in the duties and functions of the Committee. The Safety and Health Committee shall normally meet on a monthly basis.

  • Function of Joint Health and Safety Committee All incidents involving aggression or violence shall be brought to the attention of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Department of Health and Human Services An employee notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative, the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test. An employee who has a positive alcohol test and/or a positive controlled substance test may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, based on the incident that prompted the testing, including a violation of the drug and alcohol free work place rules.

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:

  • ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION (a) Seller shall perform this Agreement in a manner that ensures adequate protection for workers, the public, and the environment, and shall be accountable for actions of itself and its lower-tier subcontractors, agents and employees. Seller shall exercise a degree of care commensurate with the work and the associated hazards. Seller shall ensure that management of environment, safety and health (ES&H) functions and activities is an integral and visible part of Seller’s work planning and execution process. In the event that Xxxxxx fails to comply with this Agreement, Company may, without prejudice to any other legal or contractual rights, issue an order stopping all or any part of the work; thereafter a start order for resumption of work may be issued at Company’s discretion. Seller shall make no claim for an extension of time or for compensation or damages by reason of or in connection with such work stoppage. In addition, Company may require, in writing, that Seller remove from the work any employee the Company deems unsafe, incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK The Supplier shall undertake its obligations arising hereunder and in all Contracts in accordance with the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System or equivalent. Both parties shall take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of the other party’s employees and agents visiting their premises. The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any use of substances listed under COSHH regulations or the Montreal Protocol in the provision of the Services.

  • System Protection To prevent compromise of systems which contain DSHS Data or through which that Data passes:

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Password Protection Contractor agrees that any portable or laptop computer that has access to the Eligible Users or State of Utah networks, or stores any Public Data is equipped with strong and secure password protection.

  • Joint Health and Safety Committee i) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative selected or appointed by the Association from amongst bargaining unit employees from each Hospital site. Hospitals will choose either to include a representative from the bargaining unit from each Hospital site, or to have a separate Joint Health and Safety Committee at each Hospital site, unless the parties agree otherwise.
