Common use of Tampering Clause in Contracts

Tampering. Any evidence that the computer’s security seal has been tampered with will result in the loss of laptop privileges for the remainder of the school year and a charge of $250.00 will be imposed for the District to certify that the laptop hardware has not been tampered with, replaced, or damaged. Any evidence that the District installed system configuration has been tampered with or reconfigured in any way will also result in the loss of laptop privileges for no less than 6 academic months and related charges assessed.
