Common use of TAP Dock Upgrade Models Clause in Contracts

TAP Dock Upgrade Models. TASER will upgrade the Dock free of charge, with a new Dock with the same number of bays that is the same product or a like product, at TASER’s sole option. If the Agency would like to change product models for the Upgrade Model or add additional bays, then the Agency must pay the price difference in effect at the time of the upgrade between the MSRP for the offered Upgrade Model and the MSRP for the model desired. No refund will be provided if the MSRP of the new model is less than the MSRP of the offered Upgrade Model.
