Tape Or Paper Transmissions. 27.5.1 In the event either Party does not have Connect:Direct capabilities upon the effective date of this Agreement, such Party agrees to establish Connect:Direct transmission capabilities with the other Party within the time period mutually agreed and at the establishing Party’s expense.
