Requested Reports. The parties agree that the Sponsor, with ten (10) net work days notice, may request at any time, and the School shall provide, reports on the school’s financial operations. Such reports shall be in addition to those required elsewhere in this charter.

Requested Reports. Meridian may request that IHS provide reports or documentation in addition to the annual report as may be necessary to assist Meridian in its budgeting process. IHS shall timely respond to all Meridian requests for reports and documents.

Requested Reports. (a) The Confederation may from time to time (acting reasonably) require UBS to produce and deliver reports containing Information relating to: (i) the application of any Asset Exclusion Criteria on or with respect to any Covered Asset or group of Covered Assets; (ii) details of any Realisation of any Covered Asset, group of Covered Assets or Covered Asset Class (including with respect to the nature and quantum of any Net Loss Amount and its components relating to such Covered Asset or group of Covered Assets); (iii) any material Xxxxxx entered into in respect of any Covered Assets, group of Covered Assets or Covered Asset Class, in such granularity as is reasonably possible taking into account the nature of the specific hedging strategy applied; (iv) Covered Entities to the extent reasonably relevant for the purposes of the Loss Protection Guarantee; (v) any events or circumstances which have materially affected the level of Net Loss Amounts and Net Realisation Proceeds in respect of Covered Assets in aggregate or in respect of Covered Assets within particular Covered Asset Classes, and any events or circumstances considered by UBS to be reasonably likely to occur in future periods which could result in a material increase or decrease, as the case may be, in the level of such of Net Loss Amounts and Net Realisation Proceeds when compared with previous periods; (vi) the valuation (including, without limitation, the Initial Valuation) and performance of any Covered Asset, group of Covered Assets or Covered Asset Class over any period; (vii) any circumstances in respect of which the Confederation considers that the Management and Administration of the Covered Assets (or any of them) is failing to comply with the Asset Management Provisions;
Requested Reports. Upon a reasonable request by the Town, United Power will provide the Town: (A) A list of real property and leasehold interests in real property owned by United Power within the municipal boundaries of the Town, for the purpose of calculating property taxes; (B) A map (paper or electronic copy) indicating the major location of United Power Facilities within and contiguous of the municipal boundaries of the Town of Johnstown; (C) A report regarding the reliability indexes of United Power’s electric service; (D) A list of all Town electrical accounts and account numbers and items metered; (E) A list of street lights in the Town energized by United Power; and/or (F) Service outages.

  • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements. (2) Prior to contract closeout, the Engineer shall submit a Final Report (Exhibit H-4) to the address set forth in Attachment H. (3) The Engineer shall submit a separate report with each billing statement showing the percent completion of the work accomplished during the billing period and the percent completion to date, and any additional written report requested by the State to document the progress of the work.

  • Required Reporting Pursuant to RCW 67.28.1816(2)(c)(i): All recipients must submit a report to the COUNTY by December 15, 2020 describing the actual number of people traveling for business or pleasure on a trip during 2020: (A) Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in Pacific County in paid accommodations; (B) To a place fifty miles or more one way from their place of residence or business to Pacific County for the day or staying overnight; or (C) From another country or state outside of their place of residence or their business to Pacific County.   • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Basic Financial Information and Reporting (a) The Company will maintain true books and records of account in which full and correct entries will be made of all its business transactions pursuant to a system of accounting established and administered in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and will set aside on its books all such proper accruals and reserves as shall be required under generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. (b) As soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal year of the Company, and in any event within one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter, the Company will furnish each Investor a balance sheet of the Company, as at the end of such fiscal year, and a statement of income and a statement of cash flows of the Company, for such year, all prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied and setting forth in each case in comparative form the figures for the previous fiscal year, all in reasonable detail. Such financial statements shall be accompanied by a report and opinion thereon by independent public accountants of national standing selected by the Company's Board of Directors. (c) The Company will furnish each Investor, as soon as practicable after the end of the first, second and third quarterly accounting periods in each fiscal year of the Company, and in any event within forty-five (45) days thereafter, a balance sheet of the Company as of the end of each such quarterly period, and a statement of income and a statement of cash flows of the Company for such period and for the current fiscal year to date, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, with the exception that no notes need be attached to such statements and year-end audit adjustments may not have been made. (d) So long as an Investor (with its Affiliates) shall own not less than five hundred thousand (500,000) shares of Registrable Securities (as adjusted for stock splits and combinations) (a "MAJOR INVESTOR"), the Company will furnish each such Major Investor (i) at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of each fiscal year an annual budget and operating plans for such fiscal year (and as soon as available, any subsequent revisions thereto); and (ii) as soon as practicable after the end of each month, and in any event within twenty (20) days thereafter, a balance sheet of the Company as of the end of each such month, and a statement of income and a statement of cash flows of the Company for such month and for the current fiscal year to date, including a comparison to plan figures for such period, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, with the exception that no notes need be attached to such statements and year-end audit adjustments may not have been made. (e) So long as any Series B Investor (with its Affiliates) owns any shares of Registrable Securities, the Company will furnish to three (3) Investors appointed by Atlas (as designated in writing to the Company) (i) at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of each fiscal year an annual budget and operating plans for such fiscal year (and as soon as available, any subsequent revisions thereto); and (ii) as soon as practicable after the end of each month, and in any event within twenty (20) days thereafter, a balance sheet of the Company as of the end of each such month, and a statement of income and a statement of cash flows of the Company for such month and for the current fiscal year to date, including a comparison to plan figures for such period, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, with the exception that no notes need be attached to such statements and year end audit adjustments may not have been made; provided, however, that after the termination of that certain Consulting Agreement (the "Consulting Agreement") between the Company and Atlas, dated as of April 19, 1999, Investors who are holders of Registrable Securities issued or issuable upon conversion of Series B Stock, or upon exercise of the Warrants, shall only be furnished with balance sheets and statements of income pursuant to this subsection (e).

  • Commission Reports and Reports to Holders If, at any time, the Company is not subject to the reporting requirements of Sections 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act to file any periodic reports with the Commission, the Company agrees to furnish to the Holders of Notes and the Trustee for the period of time during which the Notes are Outstanding: (i) within 90 days after the end of the each fiscal year of the Company (which fiscal year ends on December 31), audited annual consolidated financial statements of the Company and (ii) within 45 days after the end of each fiscal quarter of the Company (other than the Company’s fourth fiscal quarter), unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of the Company.   • Information and Reports The Contractor will provide all information and reports required by the Acts, the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto and will permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Nondiscrimination Acts and Authorities and instructions. Where any information required of a contractor is in the exclusive possession of another who fails or refuses to furnish the information, the Contractor will so certify to the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration, as appropriate, and will set forth what efforts it has made to obtain the information.

  • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract. 2.2 The contractor shall make progress and other reports in the manner and at the times the department reasonably requires.

  • Tax Information Returns and Reports The Service Provider shall prepare and file, and require to be prepared and filed by any brokers or banks as to their Customers, with the appropriate governmental agencies, such information, returns and reports as are required to be so filed for reporting: (i) dividends and other distributions made; (ii) amounts withheld on dividends and other distributions and payments under applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations; and (iii) gross proceeds of sales transactions as required.

  • Notice and Reports The request for the issuance of a Letter of Credit shall be submitted to the Issuing Lender at least five (5) Business Days prior to the requested date of issuance. The Issuing Lender will promptly upon request provide to the Administrative Agent for dissemination to the Revolving Lenders a detailed report specifying the Letters of Credit which are then issued and outstanding and any activity with respect thereto which may have occurred since the date of any prior report, and including therein, among other things, the account party, the beneficiary, the face amount, expiry date as well as any payments or expirations which may have occurred.
