TASK ORDER PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Any Task Order issued during the effective period of this Agreement and not completed within that period, unless terminated earlier by Contractor, shall be completed by the Subcontractor within the time specified in the Task Order. This Agreement shall govern the Subcontractor’s and Contractor’s rights and obligations with respect to that Task Order to the same extent as if the Task Order were completed during the Agreement’s period of performance.
