TAX-BASED PROGRAM CRITERIA. The Plan is designed to conform to the requirements of Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code, which limits the amount the Company can deduct for non-performance-based compensation. Performance-based compensation meeting the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code is not subject to this limit. The Award granted hereby is intended to meet these requirements so that the Company can deduct this element of compensation.

  • Program Objectives Implement a rigorous constructability program following The University of Texas System, Office of Facilities Planning and Construction Constructability Manual. Identify and document project cost and schedule savings (targeted costs are 5% of construction costs). Clarification of project goals, objectives.

  • Development Milestones In addition to its obligations under Paragraph 7.1, LICENSEE specifically commits to achieving (either itself or through the acts of a SUBLICENSEE) the following development milestones in its diligence activities under this AGREEMENT: (a) (b).

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment).   • PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 4.1 The Performance Plan (Annexure A) sets out- 4.1.1 the performance objectives and targets that must be met by the Employee; and 4.1.2 the time frames within which those performance objectives and targets must be met. 4.2 The performance objectives and targets reflected in Annexure A are set by the Employer in consultation with the Employee and based on the Integrated Development Plan, Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) and the Budget of the Employer, and shall include key objectives; key performance indicators; target dates and weightings. 4.2.1 The key objectives describe the main tasks that need to be done. 4.2.2 The key performance indicators provide the details of the evidence that must be provided to show that a key objective has been achieved. 4.2.3 The target dates describe the timeframe in which the work must be achieved. 4.2.4 The weightings show the relative importance of the key objectives to each other. 4.3 The Employee’s performance will, in addition, be measured in terms of contributions to the goals and strategies set out in the Employer’s Integrated Development Plan.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Program Goals CalHFA MAC envisions that these monies would be used to complement other federal or lender programs designed specifically to stabilize communities by providing assistance to homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship and as a result are no longer financially able to afford their first-lien mortgage loan payments or their Property Expenses when associated with a Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (“HECM”) loan, only.

  • Goal The goals of the Department’s grants are to: 1. Reduce delinquency, increase offender accountability, and rehabilitate juvenile offenders through a comprehensive, coordinated, community-based juvenile probation system;

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides refrigerated warehousing and logistic distribution services to clients throughout the United States. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to invest in a new refrigeration and distribution facility in the XxXxxxxxx Park area of Sacramento, California, and hire full-time employees (collectively, the “Project”). For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.
