Tax Experience Rating. Unless otherwise directed by Potlatch, the Parties shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to enable Potlatch as well as all members of the Potlatch Group, to retain the existing experience rating on or after the Distribution Date.

  • Debt Rating The Liquidity Provider has a short-term debt ratings of “P-1” from Xxxxx’x and “F1+” from Fitch.
