Tax Preparation Fee. Waived To cover preparation and mailing of Forms 1099-INT, if applicable, for the escrow parties for each calendar year. Transaction Fees: Waived To oversee all required disbursements or release of property from the escrow account to any escrow party, including cash disbursements made via check and/or wire transfer, fees associated with postage and overnight delivery charges incurred by the Escrow Agent as required under the terms and conditions of the Escrow Agreement.
