Teacher Definition. The term "teacher" when used hereinafter in this Agreement shall refer to all employees represented by the Association in the negotiating unit as determined in Section 1.0.

Teacher Definition. Where used herein, the term "Teacher" shall mean contracted employees of the Board of Trustees, School District #7, Lolo, Montana who are certificated in Class 1,2,4,5, specialists or other professionals as provided by law. Excluded from this definition are superintendent, principals, and substitute teachers who teach in the same position less than 30 consecutive work days, and classified employees.

Teacher Definition. The term “teacher” when used hereinafter in this Agreement shall refer to all employees who are included in the bargaining unit. In the event the District takes advantage of the new legislation allowing the District to hire noncertificated individuals, the District shall provide the Association a copy of the documentation, if any, provided to the State Department of Education to verify that there was not a certificated applicant to fill said position.

Teacher Definition. The term "teacher" when used hereinafter in the Agreement, shall refer to all licensed teachers, social workers, psychologists, speech pathologists and nurses of the district, excluding all other employees of the Board.
