Teacher Duty Days – Elementary and Secondary. Pursuant to M.S. 120A.40 the school board shall prior to April 1 of each odd numbered year, establish the number of school days and teacher duty days for each of the next two years for elementary and secondary teachers and the teachers shall perform services on those days as determined by the school board, including those legal holidays on which the school board is authorized to conduct school and, pursuant to such authority, has determined to conduct school.
