Teacher Leaving During the Notice Period. If the employment of a Teacher terminates (other than for misconduct) before the notice period expires, the Teacher shall be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this part had the Teacher remained with the School until the expiry of such notice. Provided that in such circumstances the Teacher shall not be entitled to payment in lieu of notice.
