TEACHER PROTECTION. Section A: Working Conditions Paragraph 1: The Board agrees to str ive continually to provide working condi- tions which meet federal, state and local laws and regulations. Section B: Medical Evaluation Paragraph 1: Teachers shall undergo a medical evaluation if so requested or directed by the Superintendent or designee. Such teachers shall be given the reason(s) for the referral directive. The costs of any such medical evaluation shall be paid by the Board.
