Teacher Rights and Benefits. Nothing in this Article shall imply that the Board shall conduct a summer school. If a summer school is conducted, no provision of this Agreement other than this Article shall be applicable to summer school, except as expressly stated herein. The parties agree that Articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 18 are applicable to summer school.
