Teacher Work Year Employees. Employees assigned to a school as teacher work year employees shall be assigned to work on each day that teachers are scheduled including evening parent-teacher conferences and evening open houses for parents. Employees assigned to Central Office shall not be assigned to work on the evenings that parent-teacher conferences or open house for parents are held.
