Teachers and Deputy Principals. (a) A Teacher and Deputy Principal is required to participate in an Annual Review Meeting with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee. This meeting will be formative. The meeting will focus on affirming achievement and suggesting avenues for professional development. For Teachers, this will be in accordance with the AITSL standards of professional practice, the Proficient level. (b) The Annual Review Meeting may not be used as a substitute for clause 13.
