* Teachers’ Citizenship Rights. The Board of Education recognizes the citizenship rights of teachers. Should any section of this agreement be held to be violative of a teacher’s citizenship rights under the law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such section of this agreement shall be deemed null and void.
