Teachers of One Room School. Teachers of one room schools shall receive an allowance equal to three per cent (3%) of the annual salary at maximum on four (4) years teacher education on the salary grid in clause 3.2.4. The minimum principal allowance specified in clause 4.2.3.6 does not apply to Teachers of One Room School.
