Principal’s Allowance. 4.2.3.1. Nineteen (19%) per cent of maximum at four (4) years teacher education on the salary grid in clause 3.
Principal’s Allowance. In addition to his/her salary in clause 3, each principal shall receive, monthly, an allowance equal to 1/12 of the following schedule using the student count as of September 30 each school year.

4.2.1.3. Where the early childhood services program is part of the regular school program under the jurisdiction of the School Division, each pupil shall be counted as point-six (0.6) of a student for purposes of administrative allowances.
4.2.1.4. Where pupils receive a portion of their instruction in a second (2) school, each pupil shall be counted as point-one (0.
1) of a student in the count for administrative allowances in the second (2) school. The sending school will not be reduced by any amount.
4.2.1.5. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Collective Agreement, Principals shall receive a minimum allowance of twenty-five thousand ($25,000) annually, prorated based on FTE.
Principal’s Allowance. 5.1.1 In addition to the basic salary, an administrative allowance shall be paid to a principal and it shall be calculated in accordance with the following schedule based on the September 30, grade 1-12 student count and the October 30 ECS student count:
(a) Effective September 1, 2005: A Basic Allowance of $10,000 per year, plus a "Per Student" Allowance as follows:

Principal’s Allowance. Principal’s Allowance. A principal of a school shall be paid an allowance for administrative and supervisory responsibilities at the following annual rates, calculated on September 1st of each year: Effective on the date of signature of this agreement, $1,985 basic, plus: $ 540 for each teacher and teacher aide supervised from 1 to 12, and $ 295 for each teacher and teacher aide supervised from 13 or more. Effective on the July 1, 2005, $2,030 basic, plus: $ 550 for each teacher and teacher aide supervised from 1 to 12, and $ 305 for each teacher and teacher aide supervised from 13 or more. Effective on the July 1, 2006, $2,080 basic, plus: $ 565 for each teacher and teacher aide supervised from 1 to 12, and $ 310 for each teacher and teacher aide supervised from 13 or more. The number of teachers and teacher aides who work under the supervision of the Principal but who are seconded from school boards, Indian bands, and other organizations shall be counted in determining the amount of the principal's allowance.
