Common use of Teachers on Pregnancy Clause in Contracts

Teachers on Pregnancy. and Parental Leaves of Absence or Unpaid Leaves of Absence (Child Care) are required to maintain good standing status with the Ontario College of Teachers during the period of the leave.

Teachers on Pregnancy. and Parental Leaves of Absence or Unpaid Voluntary Leaves of Absence (Child Care) are required to will maintain good standing status with the Ontario College of Teachers during the period of the leaveleave and will provide proof of good standing status prior to returning from the leave to normal duties.
