Commencing leave an employee may keep up to twenty-four (24) hours of accrued sick leave and up to forty (40) hours of accrued vacation before implementing leave without pay. I f the worker received payments from State Disability Insurance or Worker's Compensation, she/he shall be paid a portion of his/her sick leave and/or vacation time so that when it is added to the State Disability or Worker's Compensation payment, the total amount shall not exceed the worker's regular salary. The leave request must be submitted as much in advance as possible with a written certification from the worker's treating physician stating that the worker is disabled from work.

All Resellers who have been approved in accordance with the foregoing paragraph shall be eligible to quote lower than Contract pricing for procurements under this Contract which meet their qualifying criteria. Except as otherwise set forth in Attachment 3, Contractor warrants and represents that it shall not, directly or indirectly, by agreement, communication or any other means, restrict any Reseller’s participation or ability to quote a particular order.
