Teachers Who Commence Employment After The Commencement Of The School Year. A Teacher who commences employment after the School Service Date, shall be paid from the date the Teacher commences, provided that at the end of Term IV or final semester in that year, the Teacher shall be paid an amount calculated pursuant to clause 17.3 and shall receive no salary or other payment other than payment under this clause until the School Service Date in the following school year. In each succeeding year of employment, the School Service Date shall be deemed to be the anniversary of appointment of the Teacher for the purpose of this clause.
