  • Teaching Assistants 1. All Teaching Assistants shall receive the same remuneration per base unit and the difference between the amount paid a Graduate Teaching Assistant and other Teaching Assistants is an associated scholarship. See XIII D. for appropriate compensation.

  • PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY DAYS 22.01 (a) A Long-Term Occasional Teacher who is scheduled to work when there is a Professional Activity Day shall be required to participate in the scheduled professional activities and shall be paid for such day.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.

  • TEACHING HOURS A. Teaching hours shall be as follows:

  • Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

  • TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.

  • Professional Day The period set forth in the Professional Day Article.
