Teaching Less Than Proportional Time. If the teacher is teaching less than his/her proportionate time of the 1.0 FTE, the administration may present a proposal to the teacher for increasing the teacher’s schedule by that same amount in other areas. It is the administrator’s responsibility to initiate this process.
