Common use of Team Member Participation Clause in Contracts

Team Member Participation. I acknowledge that CA or an authorised Team official, acting on advice from the Medical Director, may direct me not to participate in training or competition (as applicable) if, in the Medical Director's opinion, my participation would constitute an unacceptable risk of: (a) Causing me harm, injury or death; (b) Aggravating an existing injury or illness I may have; or (c) Infecting or injuring other Team members or officials or other competitors.
