Common use of Teams Clause in Contracts

Teams. The minimums are generally payable to each writer. However, a bona fide team of two (2) writers who agree, prior to employment, to be a team, may split not less than minimum. In addition, a Company may employ a team of 3 writers for no less than 200% of minimum initial compensation (150% in the case of a television team of 3 production executives).
