Tech Assure Fee Clause Samples

The Tech Assure Fee clause establishes a specific fee that must be paid in relation to technology assurance services provided under the agreement. This fee typically covers the costs associated with ensuring that the technology or systems delivered meet certain standards or performance criteria, and may be charged as a one-time payment or on a recurring basis. By clearly defining the fee and its purpose, this clause helps prevent disputes over additional charges and ensures both parties understand the financial obligations related to technology assurance.
