HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. 20.1. The Company may use, store or otherwise process personal information provided by the Client in connection with the provision of the Services.
20.2. If the Client is an individual, the Company is obliged to supply the Client, on request, with a copy of personal data which it holds about the Client (if any). Client will not have to pay a fee to access the personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, Company may charge a reasonable fee if the request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
20.3. By entering into this Agreement, the Client expressly consents to the Company transmitting the Client’s Information to any third parties which may require same in order to effectively implement the Services or effectively executing any operational function performed to the Company to Client (e.g. refunding the Client his money).
20.4. Telephone conversations between the Client and the Company may be recorded. Any recordings shall be and remain the sole property of the Company and will be accepted by the Client as conclusive evidence of the Instructions/Requests or conversations so recorded. The Client agrees that the Company may deliver copies of transcripts of such recordings to any court, regulatory or government authority.

SAS may provide Your personal information to the Event sponsors if You have provided Your consent for SAS to provide Your personal information to the Event sponsors during the Event registration process.

Any personal information You provide to a SAS representative at the Event will be treated in accordance with the notice provided to You by the SAS representative at that time. 17.4. If you are entering into the Agreement on behalf of a company, ‘You’ in this section refers to Your named employees whose details You provide to Us. You warrant that You have the all requisite consents to provide Your employees’ personal information to Us and for Us to process Your employees’ personal information in accordance with this section.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. 5.1 We use the Personal Information we collect to conduct the Administration, Eligibility and Verification Activities, including to operate the MTNZF Call Centre, to populate, maintain, and improve the MTNZF Website and to fulfil our statutory obligations, and all related activities.
