Common use of Technical and Professional Capacity Clause in Contracts

Technical and Professional Capacity. 2.1 Sufficient experience Minimum Standard Minimum of 2 assignments within the same scope, which were totally and successfully completed in the last 3 years, out of which at least 1 was completed in Uganda.
