Technical Annexes. 1. The Technical Annexes on international road transport, international railway transport, international commercial maritime navigation and customs and documentation procedures are integral parts of the Basic Agreement as well as other Technical Annexes which may subsequently be adopted if necessary. 2. Technical Annexes shall be binding on Parties in the same manner and to the same extent as the Basic Agreement and shall provide detailed regulation of issues set out in the Basic Agreement. However, should any conflict arise between the provisions of the Basic Agreement and the provisions contained in any Technical Annex the provisions of the Basic Agreement shall prevail. 3. Any Party may propose amendments to the Technical Annexes and, if necessary, submit drafts of new Technical Annexes to the Permanent Secretariat. 4. Proposed amendments to the Technical Annexes and new drafts shall be considered by the Inter-Governmental Commission.

Technical Annexes. 1. The Executive Bodies may conclude Technical Annexes to specify details of co-operation under this Arrangement. 2. Technical Annexes do not form an integral part of this Arrangement and are of technical and administrative nature only. They shall not include any provisions being in contradiction to this Arrangement. 3. Technical Annexes enter into force on the date of their signature. 4. Technical Annexes may be modified or amended in writing by mutual agreement of the Executive Bodies. 5. Technical Annexes shall be terminated after termination of this Arrangement, after expiration of the period for which the Technical Annexes have been concluded, after denunciation of the Technical Annexes by either Party in writing or by mutual agreement of the Parties in writing.

Related to Technical Annexes

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.

  • ADDENDA AND EXHIBITS Attached hereto is an Addendum or Addenda consisting of Paragraph 49 through 52, and Exhibits A through A, all of which constitute a part of this Lease.

  • Annexes The Annexes form an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Appendixes The following attachment and other attachments and individual agreements confirmed by both parties constitute an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. Attachment: Application Form for Withdrawals.

  • Incorporation of Exhibits, Annexes, and Schedules The Exhibits, Annexes, and Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Background; Use of Funds; Definitions This Note constitutes the consideration payable to the Lender for the Series Gallery Drop 049 Asset (the “Series Asset”) pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement relating to the Series Asset that was entered into between the Company and the Lender on or about the date hereof. As used in this Note, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Technical Amendments Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 13.7, if the Administrative Agent and the Borrower have jointly identified an ambiguity, omission, mistake or defect in any provision of this Agreement or an inconsistency between provisions of this Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall be permitted to amend such provision or provisions to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, defect or inconsistency so long as to do so would not adversely affect the interests of the Lenders and the Issuing Bank. Any such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement.
