Common use of Technical Contact Clause in Contracts

Technical Contact. SISW may require Customer to designate one or more employees as the technical contacts for Maintenance Services. The employee(s) will be trained on the applicable Products, and will serve as the primary contact(s) for requesting and receiving Maintenance Services.
