Technical Cooperation. The Parties agree that it is in their common interest forthe competition authorities of the Parties to work together intechnical cooperation activities related to strengthening ofcompetition policy and implementation of the competition lawof each Party. Article 103. Non-application of Paragraph 3 of Article 6 and Chapter 13 Paragraph 3 of Article 6 and Chapter 13 shall not apply to this Chapter.
