Common use of Technical Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Technical Cooperation. The Customs Administrations shall cooperate, when necessary and appropriate, in the areas of research, development and test of new customs procedures and enforcement aids and techniques, training activities of customs officers, and exchange of personnel between them.
