Common use of Technical Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Technical Cooperation. The Parties agree that it is in their common interest forthe competition authorities of the Parties to work together intechnical cooperation activities related to strengthening ofcompetition policy and implementation of the competition lawof each Party. Paragraph 3 of Article 6 and Chapter 13 shall not apply to this Chapter.
