Technical Inspections Sample Clauses
The Technical Inspections clause establishes the right and procedures for one party to examine and assess the technical aspects of goods, services, or works provided under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines when inspections can occur, who may conduct them, and the standards or criteria that must be met, such as compliance with specifications or industry regulations. By setting clear expectations for technical review, the clause helps ensure quality control and allows for the early identification and correction of defects or non-conformities, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
