Technical Inspections. Vehicles to which these provisions apply must undergo a periodic technical inspection in accordance with the annex to this Rule hereafter. Following verification, the compliance with at least the provisions of the annex to this Rule shall be confirmed by the International Technical Inspection Certificate.
