Technical Services and Terminal Hire. In return for the Fees related to the Technical Services and Terminal Hire, we shall supply you with, respectively, the Technical Services and Terminal Hire in accordance with this Agreement (including any specific terms and conditions contained in Schedule 4 and/or the Terminal Hire Agreements, as applicable), with reasonable care and skill, and in compliance with Applicable Law.
