Common use of Technical Standards Clause in Contracts

Technical Standards. The technical standards and methods of operation to be applied by the Parties for the implementation and provision of the Services must conform to the relevant provisions of pertinent Laws applicable to the Services in the jurisdiction(s) in which they are provided as well as the International Telecommunication Union Telecommunications Standardization Sector Recommendations, and standards of the Internet Engineering Task Force, as they may be amended from time to time.
