Technical Support – Student and Employee. The College shall provide all employees with equipment and support required for program or course development and/or delivery. Employees shall not be required to provide technical support nor solve delivery platform software problems or server problems, etc. A plan for this support shall be in place prior to the commencement of the class. Faculty who choose to use their own equipment for development and/or delivery remain responsible for the upkeep of that equipment.
