– Technological Change Process. If the technological change referred to in 15.01 is likely to affect the terms and conditions of employment of a significant number of employees to whom the Collective Agreement then in force applies, the Employer shall give thirty (30) working days’ written notice to the Union of its intention to introduce such change.
