Consultative Process. This Agreement recognises a commitment of the parties to develop working arrangements which will bring success to the operations of the Company through the ability to implement flexible work arrangements to meet the requirements of customers and the personal, study or family commitments of employees.
Consultative Process.
1. The Parties agree to early and ongoing consultation to ensure proposals are clearly defined, and that impacts are identified and mitigated. However, both Parties reserve their rights to file an appeal of a SEPA determination.
2. The consultative process outlined below will apply only in instances where a party anticipates issuing a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) or Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) threshold determination.
a. Proposals located within the AAA. Port staff will engage City staff in review of environmental issues through use of the Port’s pre-application checklist. The City shall provide written comments, if any, within two (2) weeks from its receipt of the pre-application checklist from the Port. If requested to do so by the City, the Port agrees it will meet within the two-week timeframe and discuss the City’s concerns prior to the Port’s release of SEPA documents (both SEPA checklists and SEPA determinations). The Port will not issue a SEPA determination prior to expiration of this two-week time period.
Consultative Process. If the alleged Breach is not cured within the Cure Period, or if the dispute does not involve an alleged Breach or is not otherwise subject to cure, the Parties shall engage in the Consultative Process for a period of ten (10) days, or such longer period as may be appropriate but not to exceed sixty (60) days, to attempt to resolve the dispute.
Consultative Process. 22.1. A consultative committee shall operate and meet regularly to consider a broad agenda of issues for the purpose of the further development of improved business performance. An agenda is to be raised prior to each meeting and minutes are to be kept.
22.2. The parties to this agreement shall continuously monitor the application of the agreement via the Consultative Committee.
22.3. The Consultative Committee will be elected for the term of the Agreement and consist of 2 senior company representatives and 2 Employee representatives elected by the Employees. Where an Employee representative position on the committee becomes vacant during the term of the Agreement, the position may be filled through election of a new representative.
22.4. Where a company representative position on the committee becomes vacant, the position may be filled through appointment by management.
22.5. Members of the Consultative Committee will meet by agreement with senior management but no more than quarterly per annum during normal working hours without any loss of pay.
Consultative Process. Since being selected to develop a compact, the Government’s efforts in Nepal have focused on development of a compact designed around the identified constraints. Throughout the compact development process, the Government has engaged civil society, trade associations, development partners, political parties, and other relevant communities and stakeholders to seek their support, guidance, and feedback in project design and risk mitigation. To ensure the investments proposed for the Nepal Compact have the widest political support and the greatest potential for impact, MCC has worked closely with the United States Agency for International Development (“USAID”) and the United States Department of State, as well as the Government of India and a variety of development partners, to identify and design the investments described further in this Annex I.
Consultative Process. The SBC will be the peak forum for discussions and consultation within the terms of this Agreement. The SBC will consist of management representatives, employee representatives and representatives from the Associations, and be supported with appropriate resources.
Consultative Process. 1.6.1 The process for the parties to this agreement to consult each other about matters involving changes to the organization or performance of work is as follows:
(a) A Workplace Consultative Committee will continue to operate throughout the life of this agreement;
(b) The Committee will be made up of 4 members; 3 from the Workshop and 1 from the Management.
(c) Quarterly meetings will be held at a minimum, however meetings may be called at management’s discretion on an as needs basis.
Consultative Process. From and after the date hereof and until the Closing, Purchaser shall designate an individual or individuals whom Seller may contact during normal business hours for the purpose of approving actions or transactions for which the consent of Purchaser is required under this Agreement. The written approval of a designated individual as contemplated in this Section 6.10 shall constitute the consent of Purchaser to the transaction or action so approved.
Consultative Process. The Employer and the Employee agree that a consultative approach to workplace change programs will apply. The Site Consultative Committee (SCC) will meet on a regular basis to monitor the effectiveness of the Agreement and identify new areas of workplace activity that can be improved to enhance productivity, customer service and job satisfaction. Those meetings ought to be held at least three monthly.
Consultative Process. 18.1 A Consultative Committee shall be established of an equal number of management and elected workforce representatives. Unless otherwise agreed this shall be two (2) management and two (2) workforce representatives.
18.2 The Committee shall meet not less than twice per annum to shall meet on the 2nd week of each Quarter and discuss matters such as;
