Common use of Telephone Recordings Clause in Contracts

Telephone Recordings. You agree that OANDA may electronically record any telephone conversations between you and OANDA without notice to you and that any such electronic recordings may be submitted in evidence in any proceedings relating to this Agreement or any Transaction, and that such electronic recordings, at OANDA’s option, will be taken to be the preferred evidence of the terms of that Transaction, notwithstanding the existence of any writing or other electronic record to the contrary.
