Telephonic Communications. We may monitor and record telephone calls, including to create and maintain records including without limitation of telephonic transfer requests and callback confirmations. Any member of the Litigation Trust Board participating in a meeting by this means is deemed to be present in person at the meeting.
Telephonic Communications. As a matter of routine practice, all telephonic communications between PFEs and the Company may be recorded and the Union and PFEs hereby consent to such recordings. A PFE with an ongoing dispute or disciplinary action, along with a Union Representative, may listen to any recording associated with said dispute or disciplinary action.
