Temporary Deferral. Notwithstanding the foregoing, but subject to Section 10.9, for the first three Program Years, all or part of the Contribution Payment shall be deferred as shown in Table 1 set forth below. Temporary Deferral. (a) Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 6 hereof, Agent and Lenders hereby temporarily defer during the Deferral Period (as defined below) the interest payments due and owing by the Borrower on each of the dates set forth on Annex A to this Deferral Agreement (the "Temporary Interest Deferral") provided that all such interest payments shall be immediately due and owing in full upon the last day of the Deferral Period.

  • Temporary Layoff The Employer may temporarily layoff an employee for up to ninety (90) days due to an unanticipated loss of funding, revenue shortfall, lack of work, shortage of material or equipment, or other unexpected or unusual reasons. An employee will normally receive seven (7) days notice of a temporary layoff.
