Temporary Duty to a Higher. Classification When an employee is removed from his/her job duties and assigned temporary duties in a higher classification for ten (10) continuous work days, a 10% supplement or the new minimum, whichever is greater, shall be paid to the employee. The supplement will be retroactive back to the first day of assignment in the higher classification. The Parties agree that this item will be automatically added to the items for discussion for the 2020 reopener of negotiations.
