Temporary Provisions. For temporary employees hired prior to December 1 of any school year, the subsequent winter and spring recess will not be represented a break in continuous services. 27.5.1 Temporary and exempt employees who have met the eligibility requirement for health insurance coverage may continue to maintain said coverage during the summer recess by making payments directly to the Health Services System at the COBRA rate.
