Uniform Provisions. The text of Article VII of the Uniform Provisions hereby is incorporated herein by this reference.
Uniform Provisions. Employees shall receive a one-time payment of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) for initial uniform purchases. Thereafter, unit members shall receive a uniform allowance in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month for uniform maintenance.
Uniform Provisions. 1. Lender represents and warrants that Mortgages delivered pursuant to a Variance, Special Requirement or nonstandard MBS Contract term contained in this Master Agreement comply with all provisions of the applicable Variance, Special Requirement or nonstandard MBS Contract term.
2. Lender must enter all SFC(s) required by the Selling Guide, in addition to any additional SFC(s) specified in this Master Agreement.
3. In addition to any additional LLPA(s) specified in this Master Agreement, Lender must pay all LLPA(s) required by the Selling Guide, unless otherwise specified.
4. Mortgages may be sold to Xxxxxx Mae as cash deliveries or as MBS pool deliveries, unless otherwise specified.
5. For a Mortgage to be included in an MBS pool, the origination date LTV may not exceed 100%, unless otherwise specified.
6. Mortgages originated pursuant to a Variance must be first lien, conventional Mortgages, unless otherwise specified.
7. Lender agrees not to use Xxxxxx Mae’s name in any advertising distribution, publication or communication to any third party of any Variance or other provision of this Master Agreement.
8. If a provision of this Master Agreement permits a type of loan that has additional requirements per the Selling Guide (e.g., lender approval for cooperative share loans), then those Selling Guide requirements still apply unless otherwise stated.
9. Variance Mortgages may not be originated in combination with any other Variances contained in this Master Agreement without Xxxxxx Mae’s prior written approval, unless specifically permitted in a particular Variance.
10. Unless otherwise specified, any Variance, Special Requirement or nonstandard MBS Contract may be amended or terminated with reasonable notice to Lender, which in many cases will be at least 90 days, in accordance with the provisions of the Selling Guide. Additionally, Xxxxxx Xxx reserves the right to rescind or modify any of the terms of any Variance, Special Requirement or nonstandard MBS Contract in connection with the renewal or extension of this Master Agreement or upon reasonable notice to Lender, unless otherwise specified.
11. If Mortgages with IO features are eligible for origination under the terms of a Variance, then such IO Mortgages are subject to the IO eligibility requirements per the Selling Guide, if more restrictive than the Variance, unless the Variance specifically provides that the Variance eligibility requirements supersede the Selling Guide requirements for IO Mortgages...
Uniform Provisions. The parties agree to uniform allowance for uniform maintenance of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per month only for the following classes of employees when they are requested to maintain a Department designated uniform:
Uniform Provisions. A. Civilian Employees Those employees required to wear uniforms by the Sheriff will have them replaced as needed. Those employees shall be allowed to leave the uniform at the Office for the purposes of cleaning. All uniforms shall be returned to the employee as soon as possible.
B. A standing committee comprised of a reasonable number of bargaining unit and management representatives will meet on an as needed basis to discuss matters pertaining to uniforms. Nothing in this provision precludes the Sheriff from making unilateral changes with respect to the current basic uniform, provided that if a unilateral change is made without input and consent from the bargaining unit representatives, any associated costs to uniform changes would be borne solely by the Employer unless waived by the Union.
Uniform Provisions. The employer shall furnish the following uniforms as needed:
1. House uniform – dress shirt and pants
2. Dress uniform – dress hat and winter coat.
3. Turnout Gear – boots, bunker pants and suspenders, coat, nomex hood, gloves and helmet, as approved by NFPA.
4. T-shirts – 2 t-shirts per Employee per year.
Uniform Provisions. (a) The Employer will provide and clean uniforms.
(b) The Employer will provide lightweight raincoats.
(c) The Employer will provide each Bargaining Unit Employee with one (1) minimum 10,000 candle power flashlight.
(d) The Employer will furnish each Bargaining Unit Member, about the first pay in December, a $100 equipment allowance. The $100 equipment allowance shall cover Employee equipment purchases made from July 1 through June 30 during the life of this agreement.
(e) The City will provide lightweight body armor and use of such armor shall be in accordance with the Employer's rules and regulations. The Employer shall furnish and pay for new body armor vest covers as needed by the individual employee.
(f) The Employer will provide riot equipment. The use and distribution of such equipment will be in accordance with Departmental rules and regulations.
(g) Employees that are required to wear civilian clothing for thirty (30) calendar days or more shall receive $650per year as clothing allowance. Such payment shall be made in January and July of each year. The January payment shall cover the prior period July 1 through December 31. The July payment shall cover the prior period January 1 through June 30.
Uniform Provisions. A. Peace Officer Unit employees shall be given a uniform allowance of $1,100 per year to be evenly divided and paid on December 1st and June 1st of each year. New employees will receive a stipend equal to the first years clothing allowance plus an additional $400 upon hire date. The regular clothing allowance provided for in this Section shall not be payable to any Merit Peace Officer Unit employee during his/her first year of service. The allowance will commence on the next regular uniform allowance distribution date following the end of the first year of service. Ballistic vests - Appropriately rated NIJ certified ballistic vests will be the responsibility of the officer to purchase, maintain and replace.
B. Civilian/ Professional Employees Those employees required to wear uniforms by the Sheriff will have them replaced as needed. Those employees shall be allowed to leave the uniform at the Office for the purposes of cleaning. All uniforms shall be returned to the employee as soon as possible.

Uniform Provisions. Chubb Security Personnel’s Security employees must maintain the highest level of presentation possible in both their issued uniforms and personal grooming.
Uniform Provisions. The parties agree to a uniform allowance for uniform maintenance of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month only for the following classes of employees when they are requested to maintain a Department designated uniform:
1. Sheriff’s Sergeant Upon initial employment with the County, for all employees hired after January 1, 1988, County agrees to make a onetime payment of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for uniform purchases. For all employees newly hired on or after December 31, 2017 this allowance shall be one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00). This allowance is for the following classes of employees:
